FOOD ZONE strengthens the connection between food production, tourism and education by empowering rural SMEs with green, blue, digital and entrepreneurial skills. The project develops regenerative food tourism experiences that celebrate local products while protecting biodiversity and promoting sustainable resource use. Through training, good practices and a regenerative guide, FOOD ZONE fosters innovation and resilience in the rural food and tourism ecosystem.
