SMART Workshops and Webinars

Capacity-building activities designed to teach tourist industry workers how to use digital tools for social and environmental sustainability as well as inclusivity and accessibility. These events will foster peer-to-peer learning and exchange of best practices across the industry, with particular focus on the partner countries.

The SMART Guide for Inclusive Tourism

The SMART Guide for Inclusive Tourism supports tourism professionals, SMEs, vocational educators, and destination managers in making tourism more inclusive, accessible, and digitally empowered. Drawing on European best practices, the guide examines current challenges and provides practical tools, methodologies, and training guidelines to help destinations better serve all travellers — including those with disabilities, reduced mobility, or fewer opportunities — while fostering sustainability and resilience in local communities.
