On October 17th, 2025, EURAKOM organised the SMART II Workshop at the Palais des Congr\u00e8s du Touquet Paris-Plage, bringing together key tourism stakeholders from across the Hauts-de-France region to exchange ideas and best practices around innovation, accessibility, and sustainability in tourism.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Facilitated by<\/span><\/i> Nicolas Fourcroy<\/span><\/i><\/a> Foucroy (CEO, EURAKOM) and Martin Vaegaeran (HIT), the event featured inspiring interventions from experts such as<\/span><\/i> St\u00e9phanie GATEAU<\/span><\/i><\/a> (<\/span><\/i>Handiroad<\/span><\/i><\/a>), and a lively roundtable discussion with NUMACOM, PictoAccess, and GREENCAST.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Participants included representatives from regional tourism offices, public institutions, and innovative solution providers…<\/span><\/i><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Key outcomes:<\/span><\/i><\/p>

– High engagement and positive feedback from participants<\/span><\/i><\/p>

– Valuable exchanges showcasing regional innovation in inclusive tourism<\/span><\/i><\/p>

– Recorded sessions to be shared on EURAKOM\u2019s YouTube channel for wider dissemination<\/span><\/i><\/p>

– The workshop concluded with a networking lunch that encouraged collaboration and new project ideas within the SMART community.<\/span><\/i><\/p>
